We are trying to buy a small house, our first! We are nearly there; however, we hit a snag. We can't get the house loan without paying off a previous loan for our camper, which we have been living in. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but while emptying out the camper, we discovered an issue with the floor. Now, everything is ready, except the camper. The extensive repairs mean we will be short the amount we need to pay the loan off. The loan must be removed from us before the mortgage can process. I understand that money is tight for everyone.
