My husband and I are asking for help with a difficult situation we are currently facing that involves our vehicle.

We entered into a private agreement with someone who was supposed to take over payments and refinance our vehicle. Unfortunately, the payments stopped, and we have been trying to get our vehicle back. We have continued making the loan payments ourselves while trying to figure out how to recover the vehicle and resolve this situation.

This has been especially difficult for me because I have a physical disability and depend on reliable transportation. Our vehicle gives me the ability to get to appointments, take care of necessary errands, and have some independence.

We are hoping to raise $5,000 to help cover the expenses involved in locating and recovering the vehicle, possible legal fees, towing, transportation, and the additional financial burden this situation has created for us.
