My husband and I got the most wonderful news about 2 months ago that there is a pregnant young lady out there in need of some help. This was honestly a dream come true and even though we were in no way prepared for this, we knew it was what we were supposed to do. We have struggled with not having our own child together but we were ok if it never happened. We had started making plans for our lives as if having a baby was never going to be our story. Plans of travel. Plans to spend lots of time visiting steve's kids. Plans to move back east in a year or so. 

 You can imagine our surprise and excitement when we got the call. I 100% think that this is supposed to happen. Money is just a tiny piece of the equation. I know that all of this is going to work out. I just do.  That baby is going to be Harper Skye Lofay. Steve and I will love her with EVERYTHING in ourselves. We will make sure that she grows up knowing right from wrong, with love and fair discipline. She will have everything she will need. She will never go without.

Even though we will make things work no matter what, I'm asking our family and friends to help. I really don't want to fly to Virginia and only have travel flight home money with us. I will also be worried about bills that will need to be paid when we return to Oregon. I just was kinda hoping for a smooth visit with as little stress as possible. Anything would help and be 100% appreciated. If you can't help, please just share. Our story may not be perfect...but its perfect for us.
