It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of Megan, a beautiful free spirit whose life was filled with love, laughter, and resilience. Megan was the mother of two young daughters who were her world. She loved plants, always filling her spaces with flowers and beauty, a reflection of the joy and warmth she carried within her.

Megan was a strong woman, with a spark of sass and a heart that cared deeply. She had been walking through unimaginable grief this year, after losing her boyfriend in April 2025. Now, our family is facing the unthinkable — saying goodbye to her far too soon.

We want nothing more than to honor Megan’s life with the dignity, love, and beauty she deserves. To do that, we need help. The costs of a funeral and burial are overwhelming, and we are asking our family, friends, and community to come together to make this possible.

In Megan’s own words, she once wrote: “If I pass away, don’t release balloons for me, plant flowers instead.” In her honor, if anyone wishes to show support, we ask that you plant living flowers — something that can continue to grow and bloom, just as she did. Megan would have wanted beauty that lasts, not cut flowers that fade.

Every contribution, no matter the size, will go directly toward Megan’s funeral expenses and helping us give her the peaceful farewell she so deeply deserves.
