My name is Raelynn. Im 31 almost 32.

I have a rare kidney condition called Loin Paint Hematuria Syndrome and I have come to the end of my providers abilities here in Iowa and have now been encouraged to go to Wisconsin for medical treatment for evaluation and hopefully a surgical procedure called a Renal Auto Transplant. It could potentially give me my life back as normal before my LPHS kicked in and has ruined my quality of life. I have had a full urological worked up and full kidney work up including biopsy. I also get reoccurring kidney stones and kidney infections. I've spent a lot of time in and out of the hospital and I now have a port for hydration. I deal with debilitating pain daily.

Im a mother and a partner and I have had to become completely dependent on others to help me with my daily tasks of life and caring for my children.

We are looking at trying to move near Madison, WI. I'd like to be within a hour or so of the UW Madison so I can get this procedure.

I'm asking for help with moving expenses and helping us stay afloat while Kyle (my partner) and our roommates get jobs.

WI asks for 1.5-3x rent for a deposit and rent there is almost double what we pay now. We need to get a trailer and make sure our vehicles are maintained to go for a trip like this and any extra funds would go to just sustaining us till we have reliable income coming in.

I wouldn't be asking for help if I could do this all on our own but we know we can't. We do have some money saved for this move but not quite enough to feel sure and stable.

Please help me get my life back.
