My husband and I have always done our best to build a stable life together, just the two of us and our little black cat. Unfortunately, we both lost our jobs recently, and my photography business has not been getting any bookings. This sudden loss of income has left us struggling to make ends meet, and as of yesterday, we received a 7-day eviction notice. We need to pay $4,300 (past rent and late fees) or we will be evicted from our home. 

We are terrified and overwhelmed. We do not have any family to rely on, and it's just the two of us and our cat. The thought of losing our home and becoming homeless is frightening, and we are doing everything we can to find new employment and get back on our feet. However, time is running out, and we need help to stay housed and cover the rent we owe.
