Caleb, a Marine Corp veteran put his life on the line to protect others from the unthinkable. On the morning of December 15, 2023 the most terrifying event we all pray we are never in happened. A patron at a club was asked to leave by security which included Caleb. The man went to his car and got a gun. As started walking back to the club and began shooting. Caleb and another armed guard were able to return fire. Unfortunately, Caleb was struck. The bullet entered his left elbow, shattering it. The bullet lodged inside the skin of his arm. At the hospital he was told he was very lucky as had the bullet been a hair higher he would have lost his arm. Had the bullet continued and entered his body it would have likely pierced his lung. For nearly 2 years he is still trying to get VA benefits/disability & at this time has no insurance and now no income this family is facing some difficult times. Please help us help them with medical costs that we all know are grossly expensive. This will include surgery, physical therapy, and the care of the family.
