Help with a broken foot
Hello all, I'm really hate to ask for money, I've had a job sine I was 16 years old and I've worked through just about every pain I can imagine. But,I am currently in a predicament.
I had just started a new job as a delivery driver when I broke my foot due to years in the Marines followed by years of physical labor. I haven't been at the company long enough to get short term disability and since it wasn't work-related I don't get workmen's compensation.
I need surgery for my foot, which is covered through the VA, but I haven't been able to work for months and probably won't be able to work for several more months. In that time I will be losing my house and have no idea how I'm going to pay bills. I figured things always work out but I really don't know on this one. I have plans to start an online business, since I can't work, to try to gain some freedom and prevent this type of situation from happening again. If I get funded, I'll still lose my house, that's okay, but I'll be able to pay the rest of my bills, develop a business and come back stronger physically and financially. I'll be able to pull myself back up with your help and become a business owner.
