My fiance and I have some land, but It doesn't have a well or septic on it so we can't use it, every time we get a little money saved up something happens and we have to use it. We are stuck renting a run down trailer, the rent was low until the landlord found out we was saving money so he raised our rent, so the extra money we was saving is now having to go to him. We just need help getting a well and septic so we can put a camper on our land and gradually build a home. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You
