Help with car repairs

Need some help with covering repair costs for a transmission replacement for our 2012 Kia Sorento. The transmission has been out since mid August of last year. This is the only vehicle that fits our whole family. We have been borrowing cars and getting rides when possible. Anything is appreciated!
