As y'all know, I recently had back surgery. I was almost completely out of paid time off by the time I had the surgery, and short term disability, when it kicks in, will not be enough to cover my expenses. Utilities have fallen behind, the cost of food that is simple for me to prepare, and all of the little things that I need to take care of myself medically are adding up. I just paid my phone bill with the last bit of money I had, and I'm concerned about having electricity over the next few weeks until I can get back to work.

Please help if you can.
