Help with recovery time
On Friday September 18,2020,two days after celebrating his 63rd birthday, my father had a heart attack. He received a stent for his main artery the same evening. As a veteran, father and grandfather he has always been a hard worker that doesn't take a day off. He is the sole provider and will need to take time off to recover. This means that there will be no income to cover day to day necessities, medical bills/medications and bills. I would like to see him be able to actually take the time off without trying to sneak to work because of the need to provide.
I am unsure what his recovery fully will require at the time as he goes through the VA and I am unsure of when the follow up appointments will be.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I will adjust the goal as we learn more.
