House and medical bills!

UPDATE:
So it has been awhile since I updated. The house is now paid off and it still needs a lot of work, it's better than what it was, and now I have to raise around 600 extra Euros to make sure the house gets a state verified address. The eldest is in school and doing well.  When I was in Macedonia in March we built a chicken coop. Unfortunately, the youngest fell and broke her arm and I am attempting to get them insurance but for Roma it is a difficult situation due to the discrimination. Any little bit helps!!!! Thank you so much for your help so far.

UPDATE: The eldest child is now in a school and doing well. He also had a birthday coming up in the first week of December and will be 7!!! The weather is cold as is to be expected in the winter. We made the first house payments so the family is living in the house now. Once the weather gets better in the spring we plan on planting some crops and getting some chickens to get them and little more stable. The dad is working what jobs he can. I plan on flying down there again once I have time.

Every cent and share helps!

On June 27, 2017 my family was deported with 3 little children around 3 am. Most of the money they had saved up was confiscated so that they can not afford to make a life for themselves in their home country.

I recently flew to Macedonia. The situation was as bad as I feared. The room they live in is small and in decay. The father of the three little ones comes from a poor hardworking illiterate family. The youngest sister is severly handicapped (mentally and physically). She cannot walk, she is blind, diabetic, and has a spine\ribcage malformation. This 18 year old girl has the body of a 5 year old. All money that the family earns goes to her medical bills. Well...that is if they earn money that day.

Such poverty is unimaginable.

There is no real electricity or running water. These people are living in a way that we cannot truly understand until we see it outselves. The nights were not quiet n the community. You could hear the dog fights and the geese being fought. There was even the wedding of a 12 year old. Besides the poverty and the other unfortunate aspects... I found the people to be generous. They didn't have much but yet they welcomed me in. They treated me warmly.

The middle son is 3 and he is having nightmares. He won't sleep through the night because he just cries and screams. He doesn't really understand what is happening. He is having problems adjusting.

I want to get my kids out of here and give them a chance. With this house they have the chance to go to school and have a semblence of a normal life outside of the Roma community.

The 3000 go towards a house with land. This lets them be self sufficient. I already found a house. It is two rooms and the garden will be used to grow vegetables, have chickens, and a goat. This will give them the means to be somewhat self sufficient and to earn extra money on their own. There is the option also that the eldest son is entered into a German course. I am trying to find out how much this costs.

Right now the goal is to get the family on their feet so that they can make a life for themselves.
