My name is Ashley Alvarez, I've started this freefund to help me raise money for my best friend, my furry best friend to be exact. Recently my chihuahua of 10 years has been experiencing dental problems and has developed an abscess under one of his eyes which is hindering him from his daily activities. Due to this he's been unable to eat and has been more distant to human touch. Normally, I'd be able to work to assist me with the cost but unfortunately I am leaving to basic training for the Air Force in a month and I've had to leave my job in hopes of spending time with my pets and family, due to unforeseen circumstances my best friend Jacob, has to endure this dental problem which I'm sure is causing him much pain. I'd get a job but not much places are willing to hire me for such a short period of time, believe me I've tried everywhere. I started the fundraiser in hopes that I'd be able to save my best friend, he's been with me for 10 years through all my struggles, my breakups, my hard moments, and the happy ones too. I really wouldn't want to go to basic knowing he's suffering and that I can't do anything to help him. The money raised will be going to his vet bills to help ensure he gets the care he so desperately needs.
