My name is Sheila Myles, I am the great niece of Henretta Alexander, of Southaven, Mississippi. I am running a crowd funding campaign to restore the home house and the legacy of the matriarch of the Alexander family in North West Mississippi. I am driven to restore my Aunt's, Tommie "D"s', and Uncle Kidney's (Walter's)  home to its full purpose of assistance to family and to others in need in the community. "Auntie" was committed to applying Christian values to everyone who reached out to her for a kind word, inspiration, or other assistance as required. She was a Midwife, Philanthropist, Missionary, Shelter Provider, Nourisher, and a Beacon to all those who couldn't turn to anyone else. Above all, she loved God, her husband, her family, the Church (Brown Baptist), and all those who were in need. With the restoration of this home, this work can continue through all whom are legacies of "Auntie" , those of whom she blessed, and inspired, and all those whom knew of her heart.
