The reason for this fundraiser is to try to keep High Frequency Loft (HFL) Yoga Studio open. As with most small businesses, HFL has experienced severe financial loss because of the pandemic but has kept business with virtual options during the closures. HFL is now one of the only yoga studios in Taos, and closure would be a huge loss for the community. For the last four years, HFL has been more than a yoga studio, consistently offering free classes, workshops, dance events, music, holiday pot lucks, and other substance-free classes, activities, and events for those who could not afford to pay. When I moved here, I was welcomed by HFL and want to show my appreciation for the caring community space and my concern about this potential loss. If we can raise $7,000.00 over the next few months, there will be enough money to keep the studio open for the next few months as restrictions ease. Every little bit helps!
