Hit by a car unemployment comp
My name is Paul Bloor, I am 58, and have been working for ES Services and Labor until my accident.I was riding my bike on 12/19/18 when I attempted to cross an intersection at Rowan and Trouble Creek, New Port Richey, FL., and was struck by a car. It wasn't going very fast so the impact trauma is mostly internal, back, neck, painful numbness in my left hand, etc. but it has left me unable to work since I can't stand, lift, or even sit for even a short period of time without being in immense pain. The Highway Patrol was called to the scene and a report was filed. The driver has insurance to cover medical bills so I have sought medical assistance. Until I can go back to work though, I have no income and no money in my bank account. I don't know how long I will be out of work and desperately need immediate help for the next several weeks. My rough estimate is $3,000 based on $500 per week for 6 weeks or more.
