home flooding
Hi, I am Karen. It is against my being to ask for help, but this one wiped me out. I had to evacuate my home on September 30th from the hurricane, and the water still rises today, currently about 3 feet inside my house. They're saying it can be many weeks, almost a month, before the water gets down to get back even to gain access to the home without a boat.
I am trying to get assistance, but it seems almost impossible to get any help until the water drops. I will get through this, but this one got me good. I am still in shock and trying to gather my thoughts on how to move forward.
