Hi! I’m a part time educational assistant who is working on my teaching degree, but with my schedule with the school, I’m having a hard time finding a second job. I’m also looking to buy a house for myself and my daughter, without owing the bank money. My daughter was a surprise, due to a failure in my birth control and virtually no symptoms until the end of my pregnancy. I barely had enough time to get her a crib and car seat, let alone a decently sized home. I just want to give her a good life. I’m hoping for a decently sized down payment, in order to grant me the favor of the seller in being flexible enough for remaining payments to be low enough for me to still be able to work to inspire the next generation through education.
