Helpfor Disabled Rescuer

Hi!  I am Beth Randall, Single Mom, Grandma and CritterCampmom founder of the non profit rescue Critter Camp. I have been struggling with severe Meniere's disease for 3 years.  One of the most severe cases according to my specialist. It is debilitating and I have had to go on disability but I continue to work part time as a caregiver to my adult son with autism and epilepsy as well as operate the rescue. So I push myself to do whatever is needed to make things work. Currently I am also recovering from a broken femur and after that heals I need a knee replacement due to the tearing from my falls. This is extremely humbling to ask my friends for help but I see no alternative at this time other than a loan shark or the mafia. My son and I live in a 100 year old home which was partially remodeled when we first moved in 28 years ago. My daughter lives in an apartment over our barn and helps with my care, my son's care and the animals' care. The house and barn are falling apart. We recently got a new roof due to insurance paying for windstorm damage however I had to ask family for my $2000 deductible. So I cannot ask them for more help. Recently we had to fix our washing machine and our air conditioner. Today our drains started sounding like a jet engine and the ejector pump is likely out plus we have a leak somewhere because we've been receiving excessive use notices. The plumber will be here next week. That could easily cost $1000. Our side door- the only one that works, is not latching and we have put on multiple chain & bolt locks to keep it closed, it needs replacing, but the frame and all will need work because this is a 100 year old house and nothing in it is built squared. This will Cost around $500.The steps to my daughter's apartment have rotted and are unsafe they will cost another $500. We have the labor donated from friends. Our stove hasn't worked in over a year- we're using a toaster oven and a hot plate - a used stove would only be about $300. We have more plumbing issues - our shower doesn't work and that would be another $300. We have brush and larger trash items that need to be hauled which will cost another $100.

Please understand we have not purchased furniture in over 15 years- we still have the hand me down couch from my older son when he was in college. We do not go on vacations. We buy clothes only at Goodwill and on clearance. We are extremely frugal. We just cannot get ahead enough with all of these things needing repair all at once. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!
