I need help with repairs to my home it needs a new roof, the stone and brick is separating from the outside of the home, the central heating unit for heating stopped working. It’s hard on me because I’m caring for a bed bound parent and I’m paying all of the bills which leaves me with little left over for costly repairs. I already tried to get the warranty company for the home to fix the repairs and was denied. And the window where the stone is separating needs replacing. I would be very grateful to receive the help. And I’m in an HOA in which I must get the repairs done or stand the risk of losing my housing.
