On Thursday September 4th at 8 p.m. Hannah, at the young age of 22, was involved in a tragic motorcycle accident that has left her in ICU fighting for her life. Hannah was the passenger thrown from the motorcycle sustaining major injury to her head. While in the ICU she has also had to devastatingly fight through cardiac arrest, fever, infection in her blood, continuous swelling of her brain, multiple life saving procedures, and most recently a stroke. Dr.’s say that the stroke is causing more damage than the initial trauma. She has a blood clot in her head that the Dr.s are doing their best to battle as safely as they possibly can. They have had to place her under a medically induced coma today. She is fighting for her life, quite literally!

If there were ever a sweeter soul, I have yet to meet them. Hannah is an amazing mother, a very loved daughter, and cherished big and baby sister. She is deeply loved by not only her family but everyone that has been fortunate enough to meet her. Hannah is truly a bright light in our lives. She’s known for her sweet personality, infectious giggle, and her love of her son and family. Hannah enjoys camping, watching her son with his hobbies, working with animals and traveling. We want more than anything to see Hannah get back to doing the things she loves. She brings joy to everyone around her and always lights up a room. The suddenness of this accident has left her loved ones reeling, and we want to do everything we can to help her heal and support her family in this terribly stressful time.

Her family are by her side, holding onto hope. The financial strain is enormous: ongoing ICU care, past and future life saving procedures, continuous scans, lost income, travel, and the countless unknowns that lie ahead.
