Hello my name is Alyssa! I am starting this fundraiser for Derick Epps in hopes of getting reuniting him with his daughter and gaining parental rights.

In July of this year in West Virginia Derick welcomed a baby girl named Iris Ray. Up until the date of birth Derick was traveling 13 hours to go to doctor visits and be there for the delivery! Over the past few months Derick has driven numerous times to see his daughter. As of today Iris’s mother has blocked Derick from communication and inquiring on the well-being of his child. Pictures have stopped and communication gone. Derick is pursuing family court at this time and a lawyer is needed.

Derick lives in Massachusetts and Iris resides in West Virginia with her mother.

I am trying to raise funds to help Derick obtain a lawyer! He is looking to file motions in family court to be awarded his parental time with his child but it costs money! If you would like to help please donate! No amount is to small.
