I am a disabled veteran, I need help with food, gas and lodging for myself and my service dog. I need special medical care outside the VA to receive multiple surgeries which I cannot afford. I live 3 hrs from the medical care I need. My 2 dog's which 1 is a service dog and another in training. During the hospital stays I have no one that can help me with them, I am overwhelmed financially with vehicle issues among the other reasons mentioned. I live alone with only my dog's to depend on, if nothing than thank you for hearing me out.
