My name is Kate. I live in Dayton, OH.

I am NEVER the person who asks for any kind of help. I am ALWAYS the first one to help anyone in any way I can. So for me to reach out in this way makes me slightly embarrassed.

I have humbled myself though. Which brings me to this service.

Make a long story short, it took me 7 long, tormented years to leave my domestic violence marriage. It hasn't been easy. I have been through a lot but have come out better than I was.

My ex husband took my car and crashed it when he was high. My insurance is refusing to do anything about it because he wasn't listed on my insurance. I have done the steps for legal action, however, it is quite the process and VERY involved.

I don't have a credit card to get a rental. And I don't qualify for the credit check to use my debit card for a rental. (I have tried many times to get a rental)

I love completely on my own. Pay all my own bills. Have a full time job. However, not having a vehicle really makes things difficult.

I need my own transportation. Taking Lyfts and Ubers have been adding up and it's stressing me out. I don't have all the money up front for a down payment for a vehicle.

Which brings me here. If anyone is able to offer any assistance, it would mean the world to me. I need to be able to get around, especially to my job.

I am always one to pay it forward. I am a big believer in karma.
