For 10 years, I was in a toxic and emotionally draining relationship that slowly eroded my confidence, my sense of identity, and my belief in what I deserved. Leaving was not a single moment of courage—it was a painful, uncertain process of choosing myself after years of feeling lost.

When I finally walked away, I was starting over in every sense of the word. I was overwhelmed, unsure of who I was without that chapter of my life and searching for a way to rebuild—not just externally, but internally. That is when I found hypnotherapy.

While attending hypnotherapy school, something unexpected happened. As I learned the techniques, I began applying them to my own life. Little by little, I started to heal. The negative self-talk softened. The weight of the past began to lift. I started to reconnect with a version of myself I hadn’t felt in years—strong, capable, and worthy.

Hypnotherapy didn’t just help me cope—it helped me transform.

What began as a path to healing became something much more. I realized this wasn’t just something I wanted to learn—it was something I was meant to share. I found my purpose in helping others break free from the same kinds of emotional cycles that once held me back.

Funding will allow me to fully step into this work and expand its reach by supporting:

• Completion of certification and continued education
• Business setup (office space or virtual services)
• Licensing, insurance, and essential startup costs
• Marketing to reach individuals who are currently struggling in silence
• Resources to better support clients on their healing journeys

This business is built on more than training—it is built on lived experience. I understand what it feels like to be stuck, to feel powerless, and to wonder if change is even possible.
