What a great time to help make history! Well, at least help me make my history.

I've just written my first children's book! I have a dream to have it published, printed, and in the hands of as many girls, who feel like their hair is nothing to be proud of. However, to make my dream a reality, I need help with some of the upfront costs associated with the publishing and printing process. I hope I can count on you for my history-in-the-making project.

I Hate My Hair is a story about a girl who struggles with her hair. In fact, she literally ‘hates her hair'.

Many young people worry about whether their hair texture is acceptable or desirable, which can hurt their self-esteem. This wonderfully written book will be one you'll share with your daughters and granddaughters, and may even be a reminder to yourself. The story is a great way to shatter those myths and foster self-acceptance and self-love!
