I am beyond embarrassed! I never dreamed I would find myself and my boys in this position.That I would have to ask strangers, friends and family for help to pay my rent, car payment and buy groceries. I was so confident that I would find a job and I wouldn't have to worry.

I have always worked. I spent over 25 years as a volunteer EMT, while going to school and working. After 25 years of marriage and 30 years together, my husband left. I have been looking for a job, the only thing I really want, since he left. After 20 years working as a stay at home parent with 3 children on the spectrum in various degrees, I am finding it incredibly difficult to land a job. I know I'm qualified and hard working, I just need a chance to prove it. I did work part-time and remotely during that time too.

I'm looking for a bookkeeping job as I am certified and have been in accounting for the majority of my career.

But, until I find a job, I need assistance. I've never felt so defeated in my life. I would appreciate every cent that you find in your heart to donate. Thank you for your understanding, consideration, and support.

If you could keep your ears open for any remote positions I open to anything but accounting, bookkeeping, data entry, customer service. They say 90% of getting a job is your connections. I didn't have any in FL and I don't really have any here in Delaware. I never wanted to ask for money! Just a job!
