Hello everyone, My name is Nicole Roberts and I am 46 years old trying to start over yet again in my life. I have a past, one that is colored with happiness and trauma, addiction and recovery, faith in the Lord above,while struggling with my personal doubts of am I good enough or strong enough to get through each day.

I survived childhood sexual abuse from an uncle that stole my innocence, and for years I believed it was my fault it was happening. I tried to get help and no one believed me. That's where my Ptsd started and my addiction. As I grew into a young woman I seemed to attract the exact kind of man I was running from as a child. The violent controlling degrading kind. Which just pushed me futther down the rabbit hole. As I was caught by both my own mind and those who wished to keep me down. I had four of the most beautiful miracles God could give anyone, my children. They've been my shining light even during my strongest storms.

I will be honest and say I was just released from prison for taking a charge because I loved yet another mistake. I have nothing. I lost it all to those that were supposed to keep if safe instead they burned what they didn't want. Sold the valuable things including my cars even things my children gave me and kept whatever they wanted. I'm not scared of starting over I'm a survivor.
