What will Ian be learning?
8 Scottish culture-bearers will point back to indigenous European roots through the teaching of old songs and stories. See the full course program.
- Stories that echo of old animistic cultures of these islands
- Simple, old/traditional Gaelic songs from Scotland
- Cultural context that these songs arise from
- Basics of the indigenous Gàidhlig language
While Ian could just pay for this course himself, perhaps the story we can co-create is that these kinds of personal passages are supported by one's chosen circle of kin.
Plus, we get the benefit of having Ian then sharing his new learning with the rest of us -- the gift spiral continues.
