“Where do you want to eat?” “I don’t know…” “Pizza it is!” That’s the inspiration behind IDK Pizza, a family-owned pizza trailer my wife and I are working to bring to Montana’s Bitterroot Valley. We plan to serve communities between Missoula and Hamilton year-round, offering freshly made 16- and 20-inch pizzas, a sourdough crust option, roasted garlic cheese bread, and cinnamon desserts. My wife and I will operate the trailer ourselves, putting care into every order and building a business our community can enjoy and support. We’re raising money for the food trailer, commercial pizza oven, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, permits, and opening supplies, with a goal of opening in April 2027. Every contribution helps bring us closer to serving our first pizza, and sharing our story helps us reach others who want to support a local family business.
