I am reaching out today because I am in a very difficult position, and my health has taken a heavy toll on my life. I suffer from severe anxiety, and lately, it has become completely unmanageable. It is not just feeling nervous; it is a constant, paralyzing weight. It causes physical symptoms like a racing heart, chest pain, and a continuous state of panic that makes it impossible to think clearly or function normally.

Right now, my living situation is highly unstable, which is making my mental health significantly worse. When you have severe anxiety, not having a safe, quiet, and predictable place to sleep triggers constant panic attacks. I am exhausted, overwhelmed, and desperately need a few days of stability to collect my thoughts and rest without fear.

I am asking for your help to raise money so I can stay in a motel for a couple of nights. Having a secure room with a door that locks, a bed, and a quiet environment will give me the breathing room I need to calm my nervous system and figure out my next steps.
