In Memory of Wes Jenkins
As most of you are already aware my father , Wes Jenkins suffered an ischemic stroke on the morning of August 2nd which directly impacted his brain stem.
After doing everything in my power to give him a fighting chance - it became clear to me last week that the most appropriate thing to do for him was to begin to make him comfortable.
September 27th after watching the DCFC soccer match with me
And his sister - my father passed peacefully at 9PM.
Over these last months so many of you have helped me in so many ways from just being there for him - checking in on me, and going above and beyond.
I am here to appeal to you all once last time - I’m not one to ask for
Help but as myself and Dakota have a very long road ahead I have to put my pride aside. Between final arrangements - beginning the fun task of probate court ( again) and just in general keeping up on his expenses with the estate I am very stressed. Any contribution will help us in more way than you know .
My love to everyone - especially again to those who have done more than I could have asked for already .
Please , keep him and our family in your thoughts and hearts - I will share details for the celebration of life in the future.
Thank you
