In need of help
Recently had thyroid cancer surgery and am in need of a little assistance. The money will be used for bills and to give my 5 children a Xmas. I could use the money ASAP. I've had half of my thyroid out due to cancer and at has taken any enthusiasm I might have away.Im constantly tired and nauseous.
