I'm a 40 yr old father and husband who is the sole provider for my family. Last July 12 I got home from work and was experiencing extreme back pain, laid on my bed to rest and after a hour of laying down resting I tried to get up to shower and realized I was unable to get up... My back had completely went out and I was completely immobile... The ambulance service took me to hospital where I was informed I required emergency back surgery... It's been almost a month since I've been to work and I'm now 2 months late on my rent and I have no way to pay it... My home has myself and my wife my 2 youngest kids and my single mother daughter and her 4 young kids, my grandkids. I'm not scheduled to return to work for another 2 weeks... I'm out of options and need a miracle. Please help me thru this challenging time
