Add Rewards as an incentive to really increase donations! Rewards can be anything from a shout-out on Facebook to a physical product after you've funded your idea. You can add any number of reward levels, and even offer limited runs (for example, the first 10 people get some reward at a discounted price).
Need help managing your Campaign? With Premium Campaigns you can add Team Members to help! You can have up to 10 Read-Only Team Members (these people can see all of the backend information for your Campaign, but can't edit things) and up to 10 Read/Edit Team Members who can update Rewards, send Campaign Updates, and more.
Having a time limit on your Campaign has been shown to increase urgency and result in more donations. With Premium Campaigns, your Campaign can run for up to 30 days but you have the option to extend it as many times as you want (as long as you raise at least 50% of your goal).
With a Premium Campaign, you can send any of your Campaign Updates out to all of your Followers in an email! This is a great way to keep everyone up to date and encourage more sharing and visits!
For the "Discover" page and each of the different Category pages, Premium Campaigns are given priority. That means if people are just browsing the site, Premium Campaigns are more likely to be found by visitors!
On Free Campaigns, we ask for an additional donation to FreeFunder from contributors based on the amount of their donation to your campaign (they can opt out of the additional donation). With Premium Campaigns that recommendation disappears completely, and instead FreeFunder takes a 2.9% Platform Fee on any donation to your campaign. This is more than 40% lower than the industry standard, and fees are only collected when you receive donations!
