Jackery Solar Generator
As the month nears its end, homelessness is becoming almost a 100% certainty for our family. We’ve looked into places to live, and the answer is always no, there are a million hoops to jump through, or we run into one of the biggest obstacles: even to qualify for subsidized housing, you need to make three times the rent. It’s hard to understand how you’re supposed to be poor and still make $6,000 a month just to qualify for a place to live.
I have a lead on a place to live down south, but in the meantime, I will most likely have to camp with my wife and children into December while I save up money from my new job.
One of the biggest things we need to make this possible is a **solar generator**. It would allow us to power the everyday essentials and keep our two autistic children occupied during this difficult time. With the weather potentially staying relatively warm through October and into November, we’re hopeful that we can manage without facing dangerously cold temperatures right away.
You may have seen that a few people donated after my wife made her previous post. For that, we are truly grateful. Every bit of help means more to us than words can express.
Right now, getting a solar generator would make a huge difference in our lives and help us navigate this situation a little more safely and comfortably as we work toward getting back on our feet.
**Any and all help is greatly appreciated.** Whether you can donate, share this post, or simply keep our family in your thoughts, it means the world to us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
