We are raising money to purchase a large memorial sign in remembrance of our father David “Jake” Jacobs, a retired Air Force veteran and community leader, who passed away on June 5, 2025. The sign will be placed on his land facing a highway for all to see. We will also establish a garden around the sign and name it the “Jacobs Family Memorial Garden” in memory and honor of him and the entire Jacobs family who have lived in the Uniontown, Washington area for more than 100 years.
