Jared "Sebastian" Riddle: A Beacon of Joy and Kindness
Jared Sebastian Riddle, vibrant and perpetually full of life, passed away surrounded by love on April 30th, 2024, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Known affectionately by his middle name, Sebastian, he possessed a sense of humor that lit up any room. Born on August 30th, 1988, to Robin Riddle and loved infinitely by Alfred Isom since 1991, Sebastian's laughter and kindness have left an indelible mark on everyone he met.
Even in our tears—tinged with his favorite color, purple—we find comfort in memories of joyous belly laughs he so often provoked. His loving presence was a cornerstone in the lives of his cherished children, Sebastian, Israel, and Sarai; his sister, Kristin “Krissy” Riddle; his brother, Arion Wooten; his sisters, Lashanna and Danielle, and our extended family, China, and Tyisha.
Sebastian was a generous soul whose kindness persisted, untouched by those who took advantage of his generosity. His legacy will continue in the lives he touched with his beautiful spirit and loving heart, and his incredible heart lives on, intertwined in his three children who carry his artistic gifts and empathy.
In this time of loss, we find solace in knowing he is at peace—a peace he truly deserves. As we celebrate Sebastian's life, we ask those who can help with contributions towards his cremation expenses. Donations can be made here. For those unable to donate, please consider sharing this request with others who might.
This world was brighter with you in it, and though you are deeply missed, we are grateful for every moment spent with you. Rest, son. You can rest now. ☔️
