My son, Jayvon Brown, has been accepted to Morehouse College this fall, and i coupdnt’t be more proud of the young man he’s become. Jayvon plans to major in accounting and minor in music, combining his natural talent for math with his passion for creativity. He’s currently taking honors math in high school and has always excelled academically, consistently maing the honor roll. Beyond his studies, he has been playing the viola since the third grade showing both dedication and discipline. Jayvon is not only intelligent, but also respectful, responsible and kind in his mannerisms- he truly represents the values i’ve worked hard to instill in him.

As we prepare for his transition to college this August, we are facing several important expenses, including an $800 NSO (New Student Orientation) fee, airfare to get him to campus and settled in, and a short hotel stay during move-in. In addition, we are working to provide him essential items he’ll need for success, such as a laptop for his studies, clothing, and basic hygiene products. I am reaching out for support to help make this important milestone possible for him.
