My name is Jennifer, I am the mom to a beautiful 12 year old daughter and engaged to be married to the most amazing man.  I have had a lot of teeth problems for the last 10 years but things got a lot worse about 3 years ago.  I was diagnosed with Esophagitus and had to go on an all liquid diet for 4 months and then all soft food for 7 months.  I started eating meat again about a year ago.   During this phase in my health my already bad teeth started literally falling out.  All of my dental work that was previously done broke or fell out.  Due to finances I have been unable to get the work done that needed to be done.  I am now at the point where I have multiple nerves exposed.  I went to the dentist on 6-17-17, and received bad news. I need to have all of my top teeth surgically removed and all but 5 teeth on the bottom removed.   Due to how broken my teeth are they can't just pull the problem teeth they need to be surgically removed.   My insurance will pay $1000 So my portion of the bill will be $6607.  I will have to miss a minimum of 5 days of work for recovery which I do not have sick time to cover.

I feel awkward asking for help but at this point I can't function due to the pain.  My friend suggested this site.   I understand if you are unable to help but at this point asking for help is my last option. Thank you in advance if you are able to help.
