Joe Baltz Scholarship Fund
Father, friend, husband, teacher.
Joe Baltz passed away November 4, 2017.
He leaves behind a creative, spiritual and human legacy that reached an incredible amount of people on a profound level.
In his honor, his family is establishing a scholarship fund for students in the arts to achieve higher education. The fund will help continue his legacy of creative empowerment and personal expression at Joliet Central High School by facilitating university studies for students with a passion, talent and drive to pursue their artistic dreams.
