Jon Bartling recently hospitalized with a serious medical condition infection of the bone in left foot resulting in partial amputation, and will need 6-8 weeks of daily antibiotics infusion treatments and daily wound care treatments along with follow up visits with doctors for infectious disease, wound care and primary care treatments (to include all his Diabetic medications, blood pressure medication and all other prescribed medication needs) This current condition has resulted in his loss of employment and Health Insurance coverage through employer. He has coverage with spouses insurance. The loss of income and coverage has significantly impacted their ability to afford his medical care and their daily living expenses. Jon and Cat are needing help to cover his medical expenses and their daily expenses.
