Jonathan Freeman
This campaign was begun on our behalf by our loving cousin Heather Cape. I cannot thank her enough for her support and help. - Shanna
Without this fundraiser, we would not have been able to meet many of our expenses over the past few months. So thank all of you for your donations, which continue to come in. We have been blessed with so much, including of course your thoughts, prayers, and love. You have helped us keep going. We want to thank everyone for the show of support and all of your prayers. We never knew how much we were loved.
We are working towards progress, but the financial, physical, emotional, and mental strain continue unabated. Jonathan is currently on disability and we are working towards continuing it. He is committed to recovery.
But he has lost his position, and for now, at least, his career of nearly two decades. Those of you who know him as a colleague know how much that meant to him. He also faces legal issues.
I have been back to work, but the need to take time for appointments and other issues make it difficult for my workplace, and of course result in loss of income. Supporting us on it, plus (hopefully) disability, is very challenging to say the least.
I lay all of this out because our future is scary and uncertain. We have to trust in the higher power, as well as the generosity and kindness of others. So whatever you can donate would be amazing. Our main goal is to keep things as routine for our daughter as possible.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
