I just bought a car for my family after trying to save and having to take out a loan cause our other one blew up. Turns out the car was a scam and won't pass emissions and I can't afford to fix it. Can't get any legal help as it was a cash sale and the guy i bought it from doesn't exist. Now my wife, newborn, and I are flat broke, stuck without transportation aside from what help we can manage to get. Just trying to do something to get this car working so I can reliably get to work.
