I am trying to raise bail and legal costs for a friend of mine. She is a gentle sweet person. Single mom, 3 kids, a fulltime job. She is at risk of losing her job and maybe her kids. She's being held on nonviolent warrants mainly traffic. Her friends have raised about half what she needs. Basically she is in jail because she and her friends are poor. She is not a danger to society. Her kids need her, and her friends feel powerless to help. Please consider helping. I'm not asking for a lot. Just enough to help her stay on track and not lose what little she has. Yes, she made bad decisions, but is the punishment proportional to her mistakes?
