JUSTICE!4TRUTH15Yearslate
After Until recently, the Petitioner lacked the resources,15 years waiting and learning to understand and legal support to fully assert these claims. With the help of his daughter—who was only 9 years old when he was taken from her—he is now finally able to begin reviewing transcripts, organizing facts, and seeking proper legal guidance.
Petitioner’s daughter, Hailey who is 25 years old now had not seen her father in over 15 years. Despite this unimaginable loss, she believes in his innocence, has begun gathering legal materials, and is prepared to testify to the kind of man her father was before his incarceration.
Her voice is not a legal argument, but it is a human one. Her love for her father, her belief in the miscarriage of justice, and her willingness to fight for the truth should weigh heavily in considering whether this petition deserves a second look.

Words from my father !!
I am not the man they portrayed in that courtroom. I am a father, and I have always maintained my innocence. My daughter is the reason I still have hope. She never gave up on me—and now I’m asking this Court to not give up on me either. Please, just look again.”

Petitioner was found guilty after a two-day jury trial on nine separate charges, including allegations of child molestation and sexual misconduct dating back to 2005. The charges were not filed until 2010—more than six years later.
The trial concluded with a guilty verdict on all charges in under 48 hours.
Trial counsel failed to investigate the timeline, call relevant witnesses, object to prejudicial testimony, or sufficiently challenge the prosecution’s narrative. Counsel’s failure to pursue a meaningful defense or file appropriate pre-trial motions prejudiced Petitioner’s constitutional rights.
Following conviction, the [Judge] sentencing court initially misstated the structure of the sentence, later issuing a corrected order. The confusion surrounding the sentence, which ultimately resulted in 66 years, raises concerns about judicial oversight and fairness in the process
The Petitioner, with assistance from his daughter is actively pursuing discovery materials and transcripts that were previously inaccessible. New developments, including advocacy assistance, provide both a legal and factual basis for reopening the case. .
Hello I am speaking up and behalf of my father, James Reichenbaugh, I am Hailey Reichenbaugh. My father has been incarcerated for 15 years and doesn't have an outdate till 2057. And was denied 2 appeals.
My dad is really worried that that on this last appeal. He's gonna mess it up and then he's in there.Forever . He doesn't feel smart enough to stand for himself. It's really hard for me to honestly be normal and understand the simple things that most would . And my DAD Needs me more than ever.
His Parents both passed away since he's been in there and when that happened everyone had turned against him. And family sorta neglected me . At 9 years old . All I know is I always I wanted my dad home because he would care for me. The way that i've always needed it.
I know my dad's innocent. I have plenty of things I could show you events in my life without him.
I know.
I believe in you.
I feel like this is all unfair. And I've been so lost without my dad. Since.
I was nine years old It sucks my dad's a good man. And he deserves. To have a chance to be out here. And not right away and they're because while he's in there and how I am to. And and I read a lot about you and I believe that you.
Could possibly help meeting figure all this out because he's getting older now.
I love my dad very much and I know he would never have done that .
The accuser was my half- sister..[14 at the time]
So it would have been his stepdaughter.
She would take the lie to her grave..
