Kaiden's Brazil Mission
Dear friends and family, we are so excited to share with you Kaiden's amazing opportunity to go to Brazil with the juniors and seniors from House of the Lord Christian Academy here in Oldtown, ID. They will be working with local missions during their week there to serve those in need and to share the Lord of Jesus.
Our prayer is that this will be an opportunity for all the young people going it will be a time of spiritual growth, leadership development, and seeing God's world is bigger than their own community. The team will be giving their time during spring break the first week of April.
Please pray for the team's safety. Pray that they will be a leader and a light in their generation. Pray that they each get the opportunity to share Jesus' love and service to others.
If you can donate to help send Kaiden we would appreciate it. He is working on a few different opportunities to raise the necessary funds including a portion of his summer job earnings and additional team funders.
Fly down on March 31

BRAZIL DISCIPLESHIP TRIP: INFORMATION AND PURPOSE
The Brazil Discipleship Trip is a deeply transformative and Spirit-led journey, offering a unique opportunity to encounter the presence of God in a powerful way. The first half of the trip takes place at the Rick Bonfim Ministries (RBM) Mission in Santa Barbara, Niteroi, where the "upper room" becomes a sacred space for ministry, prayer, and spiritual renewal. Each day begins with a call to breakfast, followed by heartfelt worship, Spirit-filled Bible study, and powerful times of ministry where participants are equipped and unified in the Holy Spirit. As we ourselves experience deep freedom in Christ, we are empowered to set others free, walking in the authority of the Holy Spirit. These moments are filled with divine encounters, impartations, and a deeper understanding of the heart of God as His presence saturates the atmosphere.
The RBM team makes every effort to provide the best care possible in terms of meals, accommodations, schedule, and transportation. RBM has been taking people to Brazil for over 40 years, with many returning year after year. This is a trip that has brought healing and life-changing encounters with the Lord Jesus Christ to hundreds of people.
The second half of the trip moves to the Central Methodist Church in Juiz de Fora, a vibrant community of 1,700 believers, marked by deep discipleship, extravagant worship, and a revivalist spirit. This church, with 140 years of history, is committed to manifesting the love of God through the power of the Holy Spirit, serving others in the name of Christ. Rooted in the truths of the Holy Bible, they believe in evangelism, caring for people, and transforming lives through the Gospel.
Their vision extends beyond Juiz de Fora, as they seek to bring the light of Christ to the nations, building strong families and renewing spiritual realities through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
Ministry Opportunities
These aren’t set in stone. Every mission trip requires an element of flexibility. Preparing and delivering meals for the feeding program—3-4,000 meals/month made and delivered Monday-Friday.
Children’s program
Meets every Saturday but could plan ahead a VBS-type program and could promote it in the “hills” of Santa Barbara in the state of Rio. Bonfim normally has a discipleship program. Eat at 8, discipleship 9-12, feed lunch, discipleship in the afternoon and/or a project.
Church service
A “Block Party” will be advertised in the hills to invite the youth. Wesley Nasamento has a youth group in Rio that may come to the party as well to help minister and translate.
