Join us on Sunday, September 28th at Oak Haven Golf Course in Delaware, Ohio for the Kappa Sigma Tau-Mu Annual Golf Outing. This exciting event brings together students, alumni, local businesses, and community members for a day of golf, camaraderie, and giving back.

Tee off will be at 1pm. Please join us at noon to warm up, meet everyone, and get ready for the day!

All proceeds from the outing will benefit VCAS (Veterans Companion Animal Services), a Central Ohio–based nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of veterans, military families, and rescue animals through the companionship of service and support animals.

Hosted by the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, Tau-Mu Chapter, this outing will serve as a signature annual fundraiser for our brotherhood. With your support, we aim to create a lasting tradition that not only celebrates fellowship and fun but also makes a meaningful impact on the community.

Fundraising Format:

🟩 Tee Sponsor – $250

• Company logo on one tee sign placed at a hole.
• Recognition on event materials and social media.
• Opportunity to place promotional items in player gift bags.

🥤 Drink Cart Sponsor – $500

• Company logo displayed on the beverage cart circulating the course all day.
• Recognition on event materials and social media.
• Opportunity to provide branded drink koozies, cups, or giveaways on the cart.

🟨 Gold Sponsor – $1,000

• Prominent logo placement on banner at registration and awards area.
• Recognition as a Gold Sponsor in all promotional materials, press releases, and social media posts.
• Company name/logo included on multiple hole signs (3–4 prime holes).
• Option to have a booth/tent at the course for on-site visibility.
• Opportunity to provide branded items for player gift bags.

🎁 In-Kind Sponsor (Prizes/Giveaways)

• Donation of items such as gift cards, golf gear, merchandise, or raffle/auction items.
• Recognition during awards ceremony when prize is given out.
• Company name listed as “In-Kind Sponsor” in event program/social media.

In-Game VIP Club:

✨ Magic Putt – $50

• Each team may purchase one 3-foot piece of string for $50.
• The string can be used to move the ball closer to the hole without taking a stroke.
• Teams cut off the portion of string they use each time until it runs out.
• Can only be used on the green (to sink putts) and not on contest holes (Closest to the Pin, Long Drive, etc.).
• Limited to one Magic Putt purchase per team to keep things fair.

⛳ Mulligans – $10 each / 2 for $15

• Mulligans give a player a “do-over” shot without penalty.
• May be used anywhere on the course except contest holes (Closest to Pin, Long Drive, etc.).
• Limit: 2 mulligans per player (purchased at registration).
• Can be purchased individually or as a package for savings.

🎲 Vegas Hole – $20 per player

• At a par 3, players roll dice before teeing off.
• If the dice rolls a 1-2, take your shot from the front tees.
• If the dice rolls a 3-5, the roller gets an EXTRA tee shot.
• If the dice rolls a 6, you must take your shot from the rough next to the tee area (lateral not verical)

🏆 Skip a Hole – $150 per team

• One-time “Get Out of Jail Free Card.”
• Team can record par on any one hole without playing it.

🏆 Skip a Hole PT.2 – $200 per team

• Team can record par on any one hole AFTER the hole has been played.

⛳ Closest to the Pin

💪 Longest Drive

• Prize: Kappa Sigma golf towel
• Awarded to the player who bombs the longest drive (must be in the fairway!)
