Hello this is Kelli'Rae and at 6 weeks old she was shaken and beaten by her father. she sustained 22 broken ribs,brain hemorrhaging, seizures, fell into a coma for 12 days.she is now 2 years old and blind,on a feeding tube, in a wheelchair and she functions like a 6 month old I'm making this campaign to ask for help with a big surgery she will need on her eyes the surgery is $18,000 and I have to pay $5,000 out of pocket.
